St. Petersburg Yogi Teacher Training starts with the simple premise that in order to teach (or access yoga's deeper levels) one has to become a yogi first. This personal self transformation takes place through the use of yoga's ancient and inward techniques.

Our program is a unique, satisfying, and life-affirming journey for aspiring teachers and serious students of Yoga. Aware of individual needs in this transformational process, our 9 experienced teachers with almost 200 years of experience, offer students a wide variety of options to explore, learn and apply traditional and contemporary Yoga methods to awaken the Self. Moreover, all of the teachers in the program, live, teach and apply their yoga in our community. As a result, students benefit from numerous opportunities to interact with their teachers in meaningful and lasting ways that are relevant to their own learning process.

The best way to learn how to be a yogi is to immerse yourself completely in a yogic lifestyle so that your teaching comes from within your deep personal experience. We support an environment of thinking and continuing study; reflection on the subject matter, self reflection, and practice. Curriculum
St. Petersburg Yoga 200-300 hour certification is a flexible program that allows you to complete 200 hours of training in a 7 month period in accordance to the Yoga Alliance standards. You can also further your learning experience completing the Independent Study program which includes up to 100 hours of both instruction and self-directed study.

In addition, students who have completed a teacher training program and feel ready to deepen their knowledge and understanding can enroll in the Professional Development Certification program.

Tuition/Cost
St. Petersburg Yogi Teacher Training Program is the most affordable around! The tuition is for the 7 month period of study for a 200 hour certification.
